I LOVE the 4th of July! To me, it’s the epitome of summer time…fireworks, beautiful weather, good food, and time with friends. That sounds so cheesy but I don’t care, I still love it! I spent this weekend visiting my boyfriend <insert country accent> “down on the farm”… Polyface Farm that is. Polyface is an amazing place-you should check it out!
So, in true 4th of July fashion, I watched fireworks in Staunton, got to spend time with awesome people, and ate delicious “beyond organic” Polyface food!

We went fishing and I caught a fish!… but I didn’t want to hold it… haha

I have one word for the next few… Stud!
One of the many things I learned this weekend is that pigs may look cute, but they literally have the loudest squeals of any living creature! My ears would not stop ringing after this!
