A Guest Book for our Home

My Life

4/09/2014

The last time I was in Scotland visiting with my family, we stopped by the quaint old church that my mom grew up going to. It was a weekday and the church was empty. We had never done this on any other visit, but we began looking through the church’s guest book. We flipped and flipped and eventually stumbled upon a familiar name–my dad’s! He had signed the book on one of our visits to Scotland when I was just a few months old! It was like stepping back in time!Scotland guest book_0001

This year when we moved to the new farm in Lexington, we wanted to create a way to capture a memory from every visitor we have. We decided on a guest book–A place where everyone can leave their mark and where maybe one day someone can look back and have a sweet memory of their time spent here!
