I’m the girl who would rather watch 2 hours of home videos than an actual movie any day! The high-pitched voices, the embarrassing haircuts, the crazy outfits, and the ridiculous things that are said… I just can’t get enough! And it’s not just my family’s home videos that I love…if I know you, chances are I’d love to watch a home video of yours too (in the most uncreepy way possible…promise!).
Buddy’s home videos are some of my favorites because I get to see him as a child and point out the things he still does as an adult, it’s so cute! He even has a video shot from when he’s a few days old getting his first bath to when he’s starting to walk and talk…come ON that’s PRICELESS!
All this to say that I love looking back at memories not just through images but also through videos. So, making “home vimeos” is my way of documenting our life just like our parents used to do with those giant VCR camcorders (thank the Lord for small digital options!). I hope to look back one day at all our home vimeos and be SO glad I took the time to make them and preserve them for our family and friends to laugh at enjoy!
This home vimeo is mainly a highlight reel of Hannah frolicking at the beach (you’re welcome mom!) but she’s just so darn cute, I couldn’t help it!
