It was memorial day weekend, and I got off the crazy-traffic-highway and was met with calm excitement as I arrived at Hannah’s house. There was a bustle of activity as all the girls got ready, but Hannah was calm. We weren’t rushed and there was no stress, just excitement and anticipation because the day had finally come for Hannah and Jordan to be married!! There’s only one word I can think of to describe the overall feel of the day and that is “joyful”.
These two are extrodinary and their love is deep. Hannah has such a sweet heart and love for others. She has made several trips all around the world on missions trips. Prior to getting engaged, Hannah had scheduled her second trip to Kenya which happened to fall TWO weeks before the wedding! While this would have stressed me out, she was as calm as ever…even emailing me wedding details from the airport in Dubai as she was headed to Kenya!
Jordan is a great leader…maybe it’s because of his commanding height (I’d compare his build to a male model…you can thank me later for that one Jordan!
) or maybe it’s just his overall demeanor. Either way, he will make the perfect compliment to Hannah as her husband!
Together, Hannah and Jordan will do amazing things, of that I’m sure. They are the type of people you can’t help but want to be around. They love Jesus, they love each other, and they love those around them so well and I am excited for this new chapter in their lives!
Congratulations Hannah and Jordan!! I am so happy for you and it was an honor to be a part of your beautiful day!
Ps.- Please come back to the farm once you get settled into married life so we can hang out again!! And I hope you’re having a wonderful time in Antigua!!

Hannah wore a bracelet that she brought back from Kenya! I love that she included the Birds of Paradise flower in her bouquet!Prior to the wedding, Hannah raved about her bridesmaids and promised me they were awesome…well, she was right!Can we all just agree that this is the cutest “sign-bearer” of all time?! He had that smile on his face the entire time!!Love this!Oh and if I haven’t mentioned it yet, Hannah, you’re GORGEOUS!!!Happy Friday everyone!
