This is a bit random, but I thought I’d share with you how I organize my desktop… I love having a clean desk (even though I’m not great at it all the time!!) and this carries over even to my computer’s desktop! It makes me feel more productive when I have a clean workspace–both physically and digitally! So, I created a desktop image in Adobe InDesign that matched the dimensions of my screen so that I can keep the folders on my desktop in order. I created 3 different areas to place my folders- Work, personal, and the farm. This, obviously will look different for everyone, but this is what works best for me. Also, I didn’t want to look at a boring template picture, so I used a bright, light, lovely picture of the gorgeous Tiffany and Jesse (that’s right Tiffany and Jesse, I look at your beautiful faces everyday!…creepy?!…noooo) Want to feel more organized and inspired?! Then I highly recommend making one of these for your own desktop!
